IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR IMAGES ONLINE

If you are currently NOT a member of Watercolor West, either click HERE to become a full member (then pay your dues, log in by clicking here and choose the Member Registration for this event) or click HERE to become an Exhibition Contact for this Exhibition ONLY and choose the Non-Member Registration for this event.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED AT HAND TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS
1. JPG Digital Image of Your Painting(s)
1 or 2 images may be submitted. Images must be in JPG format with no more than 1200 pixels on the longest side. Be sure to fill in the online forms during the artwork submission process fully.
NAMING CRITERIA FOR JPG DIGITAL IMAGE(S)
During your online registration, you will be requested to supply the file name of the image that you will be uploading. The naming criteria is as follows:
First 3 letters of Last Name, First 3 letters of First Name and then an A. (See example below.) If submitting 2 images the second image will be named exactly as the first, but followed by a B rather than an A. If you have any questions regarding this naming criteria please contact the Exhibition Committee.
EXAMPLE: The file name of the JPG image you list in your registration MUST be exactly the same as what you have named the JPG file of the image you upload. An example of a correct image file name is CROJULA (for image A) and CROJULB (for image B). In this example CRO is the first 3 letters of the last name of the registrant, JUL is the first 3 letters of the first name of the registrant and A or B designates painting 1 or 2.
The file names of the image uploaded SHOULD NOT CONTAIN your painting's title as you will complete that information in another part of your registration.
