Watercolor West Demonstration Series: Juror Katherine Chang Liu

This year's juror Katherine is renowned for exhibiting, curating and jurying around the world.  As a non-objective painter, Katherine entices viewers with her abstract paintings that hint at the "unfinished state of things."  Her work encourages viewers to practice introspection, examine the past and to slow down in general.  During her presentation, she will be discussing this year's exhibition selections, followed by a lecture on contemporary landscape, figurative and abstract painters.
